Glute’s Workout | Move that Butt [VIDEO]

Hold it up high… be proud and push every single rep!!

Today’s butt burner workout video is under 5 minutes, so of course you can add it to your cardio or core.. at the gym if you want. It does have to be on an incline you can do this whole little routine right at home on the floor too. ย I love these drills you really feel it and the results are awesome. ย I will add something like this in while I’m on a run or after I do heavy legs at the gym… I’ve even done it during a commercial break on my carpet at home.

 

So check out this video and either get off that computer chair and try it out with me or set it as a goal to do later, but let’s get it done!!! You will love the way your booty feels after!!
